Rhaphidophora tetrasperma - often called mini Monstera, is a vigorous climbing foliage plant.
Their foliage & climbing habit can be striking mixed together or with other broad leaved plants. You can grow these easy care plants indoors or outdoors in a warm and shaded part of the garden, provided you live in a frost-free climate. It will need some support to climb up and will affix its self to walls , moss poles or other plants.
Thrives in medium to bright indirect light, a well lit spot indoors or outside in a dappled shade spot , the sun can tend to burn the leaves in late summer.
Rhaphodophera prefer soil that is consistently and lightly moist, but not soggy. Generally, aim to water when the top 1”- 2” of the soil is dry, but if the plant is in a lower light condition, it can comfortably dry out a little further. However, allowing the soil to dry completely will result in the leaves browning, drooping, and wilting.
Tolerates average indoor humidity. Prefers higher humidity.
Average home temperature of 21c. If you’re comfortable, your plant is comfortable. Avoid cold draughts.
